Novel
Positioning
Pearl Analytics is a virtual asset forensic analysis company. We aim to be subcontracted by larger firms who also perform these services. For any given investigation, we may be able to provide rare or even exclusive information.
Introducing the Virtual Asset Deep Inquiry
Provide us with an entry point
for investigation, such as a virtual asset (also referred to as a cryptocurrency or cryptoasset) address or transaction.
We may be able to return rather novel information for the customer's inquiry, e.g.:
- Several dimensions of entity resolution (for example, transactions which have likely been made by the same person)
- Geographic associations, with emphasis on sanctioned countries
- Reports of associated criminal activity
We skip the standard stuff: the Virtual Asset Deep Inquiry is intended to supplement classic forensic analysis methods, not replace them.
Available for 3 of the most heavily-exchanged virtual assets.
Clients We Pursue
We have a strong interest in being contracted by the following firms in particular:
- Chainalysis
- CipherTrace
- Coinfirm
- Crystal Analytics (Bitfury)
- Elliptic
However, any organization may be able to accelerate a deep investigation or reopen a cold case using the Virtual Asset Deep Inquiry.
While we also work directly with financial firms and government agencies, we are highly specialized and do not attempt to offer comprehensive solutions.
Moral Imperatives
We especially want to apply our expertise against human trafficking. The practice is far too common. Fortunately its reliance on the global financial network offers potent vectors of attack.
